The current human resource departments are facing the challenge of dealing with the quickly changing workforce dynamics due to hybrid work practices, unstable market, and online overload combined with employee burnout. Conventional HR analytics are based on periodical surveys, backward facing performance measures, and fixed KPIs that do not reflect immediate behavior variations like emotional stress, team dissatisfaction, cognitive overload and early disengagement trends. This causes slow implementation of interventions, incompetent role-fit evaluations and failure to predict workforce agility in dynamic settings. In response to such constraints, this study proposes AURA-HR, a dynamic Human Resource Analytics model that is aimed at constantly sensing, interpreting and anticipating organizational behavior using multi-modal behavioral intelligence. The solution proposed incorporates Affective Behavior Mapping to decipher emotional tone through micro-interactions, Cognitive-Load Estimation to measure mental workload through task- switching and digital activity rhythms, and a Work Agility Score Engine created based on Bayesian adaptive learning to predict real time agility. Also, it has a Behavioral Drift Scanner to detect early changes in the trends of engagement, as well as a Dynamic Role-Fit Predictor to match the changing job demands with the talents of the employees with the help of deep neural embeddings. AURA-HR changes the HR analytics process to be workforce intelligence-driven and timely rather than traditional descriptive reporting, through continuous data ingestion and self-learning pipelines, to facilitate evidence-driven decision making and timely HR interventions. The framework does not only boost the correctness of the agility forecasting and behavioral risk identification but also deepens the organizational culture, boosts retention, and maximizes talent utilization. Comprehensively, AURA-HR is an extremely effective next-generation behavioral analytics ecosystem that can tackle current workforce issues because it offers real-time, adaptive, and actionable insights that can greatly improve the management of organizational behavior and agility of the workforce.
